Our integrations allow you to send data to the rest of your Tech stack to enhance existing analytics, enrich customer profiles and target experiences for specific groups of users.

We have a variety of different pre-built integrations within the platform, which can be enabled in just a few clicks.

Our Integrations Library

How to set up an integration in the platform

In order to enable your integration, navigate to the Integrations page within the platform. From here you can explore our pre-built integrations.

When you have selected the integration you’d like to enable, select 'Configure'

From here you will be able to add new integrations, and edit existing ones. You may wish to use multiple integrations in order to change the method of how Made with Intent data is sent dependant on the use case you are using the integration for. For example you may want to pass some data points as Customer Attributes and others as Events.

If you wish to set-up a new integration, select 'Add Integration'. From here you’ll be guided through the set-up process to decided on how you would like the integration to be set-up (for example, how should data be sent, and when should it be updated).

You will also be able to choose an integration template, dependant on your use case. More information on our integration templates can be found here. If you choose to use a template, you are able to remove fields or add additional ones once it has been selected.

We also allow you to build a fully custom integration and define the exact data points you would like to send. To get started with this, simply click 'Add Field +' and begin choosing your data points.

Once you have set-up your integration as desired, click 'Save'. The integration will immediately become enabled.

How to manage integrations in the platform

In order to manage your integrations, navigate to the Integrations page, and then click 'Connected Integrations'.

From here you are able to view all your integrations, as well as disable / enable them. To do this, simply toggle the integration on the left hand side. You are able to manage all integrations for a platform, or each individual integration

You are also able to edit or delete integrations, as well as add new ones.

What if the integration I need isn't listed there?

Don’t worry! You can still easily set-up an integration with your tech tool of choice. Take a look at our guide to set these up.

You are also able to request an integration to be pre-built in the platform. You can do this here.
