Made With Intent is an experience optimisation platform that uses continuous real-time intent data to deliver the right experience to the right visitor - automatically, and at scale.
Where traditional personalisation relies on website attributes like page type, device, or UTM source, Made With Intent understands the human behind the session: what they're trying to do, how confident they are, and whether they're likely to convert or leave. That context is the foundation for everything the platform does.
How Made With Intent Works
Made With Intent collects over 800 real-time behavioural signals and runs them through a purpose-built ecommerce prediction model trained on over 50 billion events across 145+ retailers.
The model outputs a set of predictions that describe each visitor in the moment, which are modelled into our intent framework:
Intent Stage - where the visitor is in their journey: low intent, building intent, or high intent
Intent Signals - is the visitor confident in their purchase, and are they ready to add to bag? Will they likely to abandon their session, and how likely are they to return? What is their shopper mindset?
Intent Trends - how is their behaviour changing?
Intent Affinities - has a visitor built intent whilst engaging with a specific product, or category?
These signals update continuously as move through the site, not just on page load, so the platform always knows where a visitor is in their journey, in real time.

Delivering Experiences: Agentic Campaigns
The primary way to act on intent data is through Agentic Campaigns; the fastest path to value, and where most teams start.
With Agentic Campaigns, your job is simply to choose what you want shoppers to see. The agent handles the rest. It figures out who should see each experience, and when - based on where each visitor is in their journey, in real time. As more visitors interact with the campaign, it keeps learning: running hundreds of variations simultaneously and automatically putting more weight behind the ones that work. No upfront segmentation. No sequential A/B tests. Just experiences that get smarter on their own.
There are six pre-configured Agentic Campaign strategies, each targeting a key moment in the customer journey:
Strategy | What it does |
Welcome Visits | Supports visitors at the beginning of their journey on site |
Returning Visits | Supports returning visitors by surfacing relevant content based on their journey |
Browse Abandonment | Reduces browse abandonment through contextual, real-time prompts |
Basket Abandonment | Reduces basket abandonment with intent-informed messaging |
Product Visits | Boosts consideration on PDPs with social proof, urgency, or reassurance |
Experience Optimisation | Surfaces the right experience across the full user journey |
All strategies work on understanding who should see what experience based on their behavioural context: intent level, shopper mindset, device, channel, landing page, and product affinity. There is no single winner - different experiences win for different audiences. Think of it as hundreds of optimisations running simultaneously, not one test with one result.
For experiences that fire once per visit, such as; email capture, discount overlays, exit-intent prompts, the agent also optimises when in the session to show it.
Traffic is then directed to the winning variants, based on a Bayesian approach that balances learning what works with routing traffic to winners. The longer a campaign runs, the better it performs and the Agent will continue learning as your campaigns stay live.
Delivering Experiences: Custom Campaigns
As your use of intent matures, there are situations where you'll want more control - and that's where Custom Campaigns come in. You define the experience, segment, strategy, and timing yourself.
You'd typically use a Custom Campaign when you already have a specific segment or hypothesis in mind — for example, if you've identified an audience through the Performance Dashboard that you want to target directly, or if you want to validate a particular idea against a defined segment rather than letting the agent discover it.
Custom Campaigns also unlock more advanced experience types:
Standard Campaigns — target a defined audience with a specific experience
Dynamic Campaigns — change over-page and in-page content in real time based on a visitor's intent. Such as homepage banners, PLP content slots, and PDP components
Sequenced Campaigns — build multi-step experiences that evolve as a visitor moves through different intent stages in a single session
If you build experiences in a third-party platform — AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield, VWO, Optimizely, or others — Third-Party Triggers let you use intent segmentation to fire those experiences without rebuilding them in Made With Intent. Third-Party Triggers are available for both Custom and Agentic Campaigns.

Insights
Made With Intent isn't just a campaign delivery tool — it also gives you visibility into what your visitors are actually doing, and why. You can access this either directly within the platform using the built-in insights capabilities, or by integrating intent data into your existing analytics and data tools.
Post-Visit: Session Summaries
Made With Intent also integrates with your wider Martech stack. Session Summaries condense the intent signals from a visitor's session into a structured data event, which is sent to your CDP or CRM. This allows you to personalise follow-up communications — abandonment emails, re-engagement campaigns, and more — based on what a visitor was actually doing on site.
Your Journey with Made With Intent: The Intent Growth Blueprint
Made With Intent is designed to deliver value from day one and grow with you over time. The Intent Growth Blueprint is a three-stage framework that guides how your use of intent evolves:
Stage 1: Activate — launch Agentic Campaigns and start seeing measurable uplift within days, with the Agent handling testing and delivery automatically
Stage 2: Orchestrate — scale and personalise with greater sophistication, using intent data to solve specific business challenges with advanced campaign capabilities
Stage 3: Systemise — use intent as a strategic intelligence layer across your entire digital experience and data stack
Many customers remain at Stage 1 for their entire partnership. Agentic Campaigns continuously maximise impact without requiring additional effort from your team.
