Made With Intent is a customer segmentation platform that enables you to understand, identify and target your customers behaviours, so that you can be more appropriate with experiences you serve. Our segments can be used to personalise customers shopping experience in real-time, as well as giving them a more appropriate post-visit journey.
How do we do this? We create our predictive customer segments by listening more. We collect over 250, non-PII, behavioural signals, from your customers which are sent to our universal e-commerce prediction model. This model then allows us to understand the following things:
Objective; What should we be trying to get the customer to do? Engage, Build Intent, Maintain Intent or Convert
Current State; Is the customer currently showing positive or negative behaviours? Or they showing that they are focused in their shopping, that they're struggling, or that they are likely to abandon?
Context; What do we understand about a customers level of intent on site and the Buying Stage that they are currently in?
All of this data is then taken and made into a Made with Intent segmentation framework that easily enables you to understand your key areas of opportunity. You can then action this in two different ways;
Real Time, In-Session
You can build personalised experiences for customers based on the segment they are currently in, and target them with these in real-time using your personalisation or testing platform. We provide you with the necessary code to trigger these experiences, as well as suggested strategies for how to target them.
Post-Visit
Our platform integrates with your wider Martech stack, such as your CDP or CRM, so you are able to enrich customer profiles with Intent data, and personalise future messaging based on a customer's last visit to site, and where they are in their journey.
