04/02/2026: Updated User Roles & Permissions
We're excited to announce our new update to user roles in the platform:
We have added a 'Viewer' role into the platform, meaning you can invite colleagues to the product who won't have access to create, edit or publish campaigns!
As part of this we've renamed our roles to Admin (previously Owner), Editor (previously Member) and Viewer (new!)
We've also introduced Permission Overrides - this is for customers who have multiple properties and want some users to just be able to access certain ones, or have different levels of access across them
