You can manage your account users in the Users section of your Platform Settings area; this is where you can create, edit, or deactivate all user accounts linked with your account.
To access the Platform Settings area, go to Settings in the navigation.
Please Note; our User Admin area is only available to Admin users. If you are unsure who your Account Admin is, please reach out to the team
Adding new users
Go to the Product Settings area and click on ‘Manage Users’
Select 'Invite User'
Input the user’s email address and role; Admin, Editor or Viewer
Click here for more information on user management.Click ‘Invite User’
This will trigger an email to be sent to the user to complete set-up and activate their account
Editing users
Once a user is set-up you’re able to edit their role within the Admin area.
Removing users
If you would like to remove a user;
Select the account you would like to remove
Select ‘Remove User’. A confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm you would like to remove this user
The user will then be removed from your account
User Management
Within the Made with Intent platform there are three user types; Admin, Editor & Viewer.
Admins are able to;
Manage platform settings (including managing users)
Access all areas of the platform
Create, edit and publish campaigns
Create segments
Set up integrations
Manage assets, set up custom goals and rename attributes
Editors are able to;
Access all areas of the platform
Create, edit and publish campaigns
Create segments
Set up integrations
Manage assets, set up custom goals and rename attributes
Viewers are able to;
View all areas of the platform, but unable to create or edit anything
User Management Across Properties
If you have multiple properties live in the platform, it's possible to set different user permissions for the same user across these.
In order to do this;
Navigate to the User Management area, under Settings
Find the user you wish to edit
Select 'Manage Overrides'
An overlay will appear where you are able to change specific access per property.
Please note; selecting No Access means a user will not have access to the selected property
Once complete, select 'Done' and 'Update User'
