You can manage your account users in the Users tab of your Admin area; this is where you can create, edit, or deactivate all user accounts linked with your account.

To access the admin area, click the orange circle in the top right of your dashboard

Please Note; our User Admin area is only available to Owner users. If you are unsure who your Account Owner is, please reach out to the team

Adding new users

  1. Go to the Admin area and click on ‘Users’

  2. Select 'Invite User'

  3. Input the user’s email address and role; member or owner.

  4. Click ‘Invite User’

  5. This will trigger an email to be sent to the user to complete set-up and activate their account


Editing users

Once a user is set-up you’re able to edit their role within the Admin area.

  1. Select the account you would like to edit\

  2. Edit the role as desired, and click ‘Update User’


Removing users

If you would like to remove a user;

  1. Select the account you would like to remove

  2. Select ‘Remove User’. A confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm you would like to remove this user.

  3. The user will then be removed from your account

User Management

Within the Made with Intent platform there are two user types; Member & Owner.

The main difference between these two options is that Owners are able to access the Account Admin section, and manage users and domains.
