06/11/2025: Supporting Custom Profile Attributes in the Segment Builder

We're excited to announce you are now able to build segments using custom profile attributes as conditions.

Custom profile attributes allow you to define specific attributes of a visitor's profile in order to include them within Made with Intent segment conditions.

For example you may wish to build an attribute if;

  • A visitor has signed up to your email database (potentially in order to exclude them from seeing an email capture experience)

  • A visitor is part of your loyalty programme

  • A visitor is logged in

More information on their set-up and use can be found here

11/11/2025: Custom Goals, Updated Reporting & More!

Today we've released some key new releases to make it easier to build and report on Intent campaigns.

Custom Goals

You are now able to create custom goals to be used within the Campaign Manager for whether a user has visited a specific page, or clicked a specific element within your campaign.

For example;

  • If you are running an email sign-up experience, you may wish to track interactions with the sign-up CTA

  • If you are running an experience to encourage customers to go back to their basket, you may wish to track visits to the cart page

These can be set-up within the Custom Goals drop-down in the Campaign navigation, and will automatically be brought into campaign reporting in the 'Goals' dropdown.

More information on how to set these up can be found here

Updated Campaign Reporting

We have made additional improvements to Campaign Reporting, as well as the addition of the Custom Goal dropdown.

  • Intent Metric Updates; in line with our new framework, we have updated the Intent metrics you are able to report on. You can now see the % of users in each variation, or experience, who have reached low, building, or high intent

  • Holdback Group Toggle; we know you won't always want to include the holdback group within your reporting (especially when running an A/B test). By default, for AB tests, holdback data won't be included. However you are easily able to check the 'Show Holdback Group' box in order to see this data

  • Export Functionality; you can now easily export campaign data to CSV in order to enable further analysis and reporting

  • Overall UX Improvements; we have improved the overall UX of the reporting page, now allowing you to easily switch from a Global Reporting view to a Segment Breakdown view. Within the Segment Breakdown view you can now see both the experience/variant name, and the segment name it's targeting

    • Please note that when you first land on reporting it now defaults to the Global view

General Campaign & Segment Improvements

We have released two further improvements to the platform;

  1. Within the Segment Builder you now have the ability to add a Full Page URL as a condition, within 'Page Information' underneath 'Targeting Context'

  2. We know many customers get midway through a campaign build only to realise they haven't yet built the segment. You can now navigate to a new tab, build the segment, and use the refresh button within the segment selector to easily add this without having to save the campaign and return

19/11/2025: Copy Campaign Functionality

You can now copy campaigns between properties in just a few clicks - ideal for teams running Made With Intent across multiple regions, brands, or domains. This makes it easier to scale successful experiences without rebuilding them from scratch.

Everything from layout and logic to targeting settings will carry over. When copying across properties, just double-check a few things:

  • Image assets will still reference the original property assets - create new assets in your property as appropriate

  • Custom segments won’t carry over. You'll need to select the correct segment in the property you're moving the campaign to

26/11/2025: Real-Time Campaign Reporting!

We're excited to announce the release of real-time campaign reporting in the platform.

We know many of you are keen to see how a campaign is performing from the minute you put it live, especially in key trading periods such as peak.

What's New?

You’ll now find a Real-Time Overview tab in the reporting section of the platform. This gives you a live view of campaign performance for the current day, continuously updated throughout the day.

The data reflects activity from midnight (from 00:00 UTC) up until just a few minutes ago, so you’re always working with up to date insights

What You Can See

Within the real-time table view you can look at;

  • Number of users

  • Total number of conversions (for both transactions and custom goals)

  • Conversion rate

You can also toggle to a graph view, which shows conversion trends by variant over the last hour, helping you spot spikes, dips, and early performance patterns.
