01/05/2025: Multi Factor Authentication & My Account Page

Multi Factor Authentication

MFA has now been added to the Made With Intent platform, and will soon be a requirement for all user accounts.

This adds an additional layer of protection to your account by requiring a one-time code alongside your usual login details.

Once required, you will be prompted to set up MFA the next time you log into the platform. More information on setting this up can be found here

My Account Page

We have now added a 'My Account' area to the Made With Intent platform. This can be accessed by clicking the circle with your initials in the top right hand corner of the platform.

Account Details

Within the Account Details area, you are able to;

  • Update your Name

  • Update your Password

  • Update your Multi Factor Authentication application

  • Sign out of all devices

Audit Log

Within the Audit Log area, you are able to;

  • See your personal audit log within the platform (this includes account management, and campaign management events)

  • See your organisations audit log within the platform (Note; this is only available if you are an Account Owner)

08/05/2025: Segment Assistant Improvements

Following on from the release of our Segment Assistant earlier this year, today we have released a variety of UI improvements based on customer feedback.

Key Changes:

  • Rule Summary; you are now able to see a summary of all the rules within your segment in the right hand side panel

  • Reset Button; the reset button allows you to clear all conditions of your segment

  • xC relative to Journey or Phase; similar to our advanced segment builder settings, you are now able to calculate the xC relative to the phase, or overall journey. More information on this can be found here

  • UI Improvements; we have made it easier to understand which conditions have been selected, as well as streamlined some data points to make it clearer to understand the estimated size of the audience
