When you create a segment execution for Bloomreach Weblayer, the Intent Client Script will execute;
exponea.showWebLayer(WEBLAYER_ID);
when the segment matches according to the rules you give to it.
Initialise experiments using segment executions
Create a Weblayer in Bloomreach
Copy the Weblayer ID, e.g. 5c8f6c6b48092d00121cf959, into the execution
Hit 'Save;
Note: once you hit save, the Weblayer will start to show for all users who match this segment. Weblayers should be archived to prevent accidental triggering.
Weblayer executions do not support 'show on', 'target devices' and 'schedule' conditions from Bloomreach. If you would like to utilise these conditions, please reach out to the Customer team for more support
Previewing the Weblayer
Open the preview link in the Edit Segment Execution modal - this will force bucket you into the segment we want to execute the experience for - the associated weblayer should be shown
Pausing the Weblayer
In order to pause the weblayer, you will need to either delete the segment execution within Made with Intent, or archive the weblayer from Bloomreach. We will soon be releasing new functionality that will give you greater flexibility on the Made with Intent platform to pause weblayers
