We provide you with a variety of pre-built segments linked to our Stages, Signals and Trends framework that can be utilised for both on-site and post visit experience optimisation.

These segments can be found in your Segment Library. You are able to see the rules of the segments, as well as clone the segment if you would like to customise any of the rules.

Segment Name

Description

Intent Stage | Low

(Early Journey) Visitors who currently have a low intent to purchase. All visitors will initially be assumed low intent until their following behaviours indicate their true intent to purchase.

Intent Stage | Building

(Early-Mid Journey) Visitors who are actively building their intent to purchase, showing increasing engagement and interest. Typically, where affinities are formed and visitors spend time discovering the range.

Intent Stage | High

(Mid-Late Journey) Visitors who are indicating strong likelihood of purchasing. Typically, a basket has been built with visitors often progressing confidently towards the checkout.

Shopper Mindset | Discovering Products

Visitors who are currently in a discovery mindset, exploring a wide range of products. This is typically where affinities for specific categories are formed.

Shopper Mindset | Considering Products

Visitors who are in a consideration mindset, focusing on a subset of products for potential purchase. This is typically where affinities for specific products are formed.

Visitors who have demonstrated an affinity for specific products, indicating interest in those items.
