Dive deeper into the Intent Performance Score with filters

In order to explore your Intent Performance Score in more detail, we have multiple filter options you can apply, as well as the ability to compare different time periods. This will allow you to focus on a specific area that may be a business priority for you, such as customers coming from a certain traffic source.

Filtering by Dimension

Below the score you will find the Intent Performance Drop-off Breakdown. This allows you to see the score broken down by all our filterable dimensions. To select a different dimension, select the drop-down in the top right.


You’re able to then apply a filter to the score via all the dimensions listed in the breakdown. This can help you understand; how do different devices perform? Or traffic sources? The available filters are;

  • Marketing Type; based on groupings of query strings e.g. PPC, Email, Organic

  • Referrer Type; based on groupings of the referral URL e.g. Search, Social, Direct

  • UTM Medium; the UTM medium query string parameter

  • UTM Source; the UTM source query string parameter

  • Landing Page type; the page type of the landing page

  • Device type; the device a user is on


Filtering by Date

You are also able to view your score over time, as well as compare two time periods, 7 on 7 days or 30 on 30.
