04/08/26: Simultaneous Campaigns Setting Removed

We've made it easier to manage campaign conflicts by removing the simultaneous campaigns toggle. Following customer feedback that this caused confusion, we've made campaign exclusion groups the sole source of truth.

Campaign exclusion groups are now the only place to manage conflicts between specific campaigns.

  • The global "Allow Simultaneous Campaigns" toggle has been removed

  • All campaigns can run at the same time by default

  • Use exclusion groups where you need to stop specific campaigns firing together

  • Removes confusion over what "simultaneous" meant in practice, campaign conflicts are now handled in one place

05/08/26: Campaign Version History

You can now see exactly what's changed on a campaign, who changed it, and when, and revert to an earlier version if needed.

  • A history log on every campaign, showing every change in plain English, including experiences being added, removed, or edited, and changes made in the visual editor

  • Each entry records the date, time, and the person who made the change

  • Restore to a previous version if a change needs undoing

  • Available to anyone with edit access or above; not shown to view-only users
