04/08/26: Simultaneous Campaigns Setting Removed
We've made it easier to manage campaign conflicts by removing the simultaneous campaigns toggle. Following customer feedback that this caused confusion, we've made campaign exclusion groups the sole source of truth.
Campaign exclusion groups are now the only place to manage conflicts between specific campaigns.
The global "Allow Simultaneous Campaigns" toggle has been removed
All campaigns can run at the same time by default
Use exclusion groups where you need to stop specific campaigns firing together
Removes confusion over what "simultaneous" meant in practice, campaign conflicts are now handled in one place

A refreshed Widget Builder experience
We've given the Widget Builder in the Visual Editor a redesign to make building and editing your on-site widgets faster and more intuitive.
The tab layout has been reworked so related settings are grouped more logically, meaning less hunting around to find the option you need. We've also refreshed how calls-to-action and form fields look and behave across every widget type, giving your campaigns a cleaner, more consistent finish in the builder itself.
If you build widgets regularly, you'll notice the change immediately next time you open the editor — everything works the same way under the hood, just organised more clearly.
