02/10/2025: General Product Improvements

Today we’ve released a set of updates designed to make managing your campaigns and reporting in Intent even easier.

Campaign Manager

  • Clearer live campaign controls. If a campaign is already live, the main action button within the editor now shows Pause instead of Start, so you always know the right next step.

  • Smarter scheduling messaging. Live campaigns with an upcoming scheduled start date will now be clearly marked as Scheduled. Those where the scheduled end date has passed will be marked as Completed.

  • Archive campaigns. You are now able to archive campaigns you are no longer using, to help keep your manager tidy and site script small. You will still be able to access reporting for archived campaigns, and they can be duplicated to be re-run.

Campaign Reporting

  • Easily access reporting. Reporting now opens in a new browser tab, so you can jump between Campaign Manager and results without losing your place.

  • Removing deleted variants. If a variant/experience is deleted within a campaign, the reporting for that variant will also be deleted. If you wish to keep reporting, we recommend setting traffic to 0%

Segments

  • Persisted sort of segments. If you edit a segment the sort order will now persist for the rest of your session instead of reverting back to default. This makes it faster to get back into the segments you’re editing for campaigns.

Building Campaigns

  • Increased functionality in Dynamic & Sequenced Campaigns. You are now able to specify the frequency of experiences within these two campaign types, as well as if experiences should only fire on page load. Bringing these campaign types in line with standard campaigns for greater flexibility.

  • Improved Code Editor. Within the content editor, you are now able to toggle between code-only, split-view, and preview-only views. Making it especially easier for those using custom code in their experiences.

We have also made a number of performance improvements to keep the platform running seamlessly.

14/10/2025: New Templates

We’re thrilled to announce the release of a brand new suite of Made With Intent templates, designed to give you more creative freedom and flexibility, in time for peak season.

1. Enhanced Overlay Templates - Our overlays just got an upgrade.

  • Content Overlay; Now includes image support and enhanced styling for richer, more engaging experiences.

  • Discount Modal; Introducing a new, flexible format for surfacing offers at the right time.

  • USP Slide-Out; Improved mobile styling, more customisation, and the ability to feature up to four USPs with a clickable CTA.

  • Email Sign-Up Modal; Now supports images and improved layout options for seamless CRM integration.

2. All-New In-Page Experiences

We know not every message needs to pop up. Sometimes, it should sit naturally in the flow of your site.

You can now build:

  • In-Page Discount Code Blocks; Offer codes exactly where users need them, with “copy code” functionality built in.

  • In-Page USP Boxes & Banners; Surface key selling points across the site

  • In-Grid Banners; Perfect for product listing pages, adding contextual or promotional messaging directly into the browsing experience.

All in-page templates can be appended to any element on your site, letting you deliver on-brand, context-aware experiences

And that's not all, we'll also soon be launching our Social Proof templates into the platform!

23/10/2025: Segment & Campaign Improvements

We’ve been busy building features that enrich our segment and campaign functionality, making it easier to understand and act on use intent!

✨ What’s New

Segment Ideas are back!

We've reinstated one of your favourite resources, Segment Ideas. Giving you more information about the Intent pre-built segments and inspiration for campaigns to target them with.

You can access these by clicking on any of the pre-built segments in the Segment Library, and selecting 'Segment Ideas'.

Filter by Custom Segments

We've made it easier to only see your custom segments in the Segment Library by introducing a 'Show Custom Segments Only' Toggle.

Custom Affinities are now in the Segment Builder

For those customers who are utilising our custom affinities, you can now add these as conditions in the segment builder, under 'Real Time Intent Signals', giving you more targeting flexibility.

If you're interested in setting up your own custom affinities, reach out to your CSM or Support.

Asset Upload is here!

You are now able to upload images into the platform to be used in campaigns. You are able to upload these within our templates themselves, by selecting the file icon. Or they can be uploaded via the 'Manage Assets' navigation item. Once uploaded, they will then be available within your library.

The following formats are supported in asset upload: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG. Max size: 500kB (All images are converted to webp)

Images are on hosted on the domain mwiassets.com. You may need to add this to your content-security policies to ensure assets show as expected. Please

reach out to the team if you need any further support.

31/10/2025: Social Proof Template

Our Social Proof template is now available in the Campaign Manager!

You're able to customise a few different things in the variables;

  • The icon shown (using our Asset Upload functionality!)

  • The message itself (but please ensure you include (Count) and (Period) so the dynamic variables can be inserted)

  • The 'Type' of Social Proof

    • Add to bags

    • Page views

    • Affinities - this is the number of customers who have built an affinity to that product! More information on affinities can be found here

  • The timeframe - to begin this is just available for 24 hours but we will be adding future time frames in the future

You can also customise the behaviour of the social proof;

  • The minimum number of times you want add to bags, pageviews or affinities to have happened for it to show

  • The maximum number of times you want social proof to show

  • And finally, how long you want it to show before it's removed

Please note - if you'd like to use Social Proof then please reach out to any of the team as we'll need to enable this for you on the backend
