19/08/2025: The New Intent Framework + More!

Today, we’re excited to announce a set of major updates in the Made With Intent platform, designed to give you more insight, more clarity, and more ways to drive growth.

✨ What’s New

Stages, Signals & Trends Framework

Our brand-new framework is now live in the platform!

  • Many of you have already been using this with your CSM, and it’s now fully available in the updated Segment Builder.

  • This is aimed to simplify Intent data, and make it easier for you to understand and target your visitors based on where they are in their journey

  • You'll find a variety of new pre-built segments based on the framework in your library

Redesigned Segment Library

We’ve refreshed the Segment Library to make it easier to manage your segments;

  • Quickly identify trends across your segments by seeing their volume and conversion rate

  • Clearly see which segments are linked to campaigns.

  • Filter by volume, conversion rate or creation date

Brand-New Performance Dashboard (Homepage)

Your new homepage brings all key performance insights into one view:

  • Intent stage performance – see how visitors are moving through stages

  • Key segment trends – identify shifts and opportunities

  • Campaign overview – a clear summary of your live activity

Nothing! 🎉

  • All your custom segments and pre-built segments used in campaigns will remain unchanged.

  • These updates will simply enhance how you view, explore, and act on your data

28/08/2025: Product Improvements

Today we've launched a variety of improvements to make it easier to use Intent. These include:

Performance Dashboard

  • Cleaner date selection. It's now easier to understand which dates you are comparing in the Intent Stage breakdown

  • Audience breakdown improvements. We have changed the number of high intent visitors to be the % of the total volume, as well as adding in the high intent % changed, to allow you to easily compare your date ranges and spot opportunities

Segments

  • Sorting Options. In both the performance dashboard, and segment library, you are now able to sort segments by the volume changed, and conversion rate change

  • Flow from Segment Creation. When you create a segment, the library will now open on your newly created segments. Allowing you to quickly move into campaign creation

  • Created By. You can now see who created a segment, and when. (Please note this will be available on created segments going forward)

Campaigns

  • Last Modified By. You can now see who last modified a campaign, and when. (Please note this will be available on created campaigns going forward)

  • Segment Selection. When adding a segment to a campaign, you’ll now see Custom Segments first, sorted newest to oldest.

  • Refreshed reporting table design. Making results easier to digest
