By navigating to the Campaigns Overview page, you are able to see all of your existing campaigns, as well as create new ones.

Search & Filtering

You can search by a campaign based on its name, as well as sort them based on their name (A-Z or Z-A), and which have been most recently modified.

You can also filter your campaigns, based on their status;

  • Draft; In build, but not started

  • Live; firing to visitors

  • Paused; previously live, but now paused

  • Scheduled; these are campaigns that have been scheduled and not yet started

  • Archived; campaigns you have archived

Their type;

  • Experience; live to 100% of the segment

  • A/B Test; when you are testing the experience, and have a control

Or their campaign type:

  • Standard; a campaign where one or more experiences can trigger

  • Dynamic; a single campaign campaign where content adapts in real-time based on the segment a visitor is in

  • Sequenced; a campaign where experiences trigger in a pre-defined order

Campaign Overviews

For each campaign, you are able to see its Status, Name, Configuration, and the date/time it was Last Modified as well as by which user.

You can preview the campaign by clicking the eye icon, and look at the campaign reporting by pressing the graph icon.

The Edit button will take you into the Campaign Builder, where you can modify and save the updated campaign.

Finally, the vertical ellipsis allows you to either delete, duplicate, or archive the campaign.

Archiving Campaigns

Campaigns are able to be archived if they are paused or in draft. These campaigns can be found by filtering by 'Archived'.

If you archive a campaign, you will still be able to access the campaign reporting but are unable to unarchive the campaign. However, archived campaigns can be duplicated which will create a new campaign in draft.

Campaign Settings

Within Campaign Settings you are able to control conflicts between campaigns. More information on this can be found here
