First, set up your campaign based on whether you are building a Standard, Dynamic or Sequenced campaign.
Standard & Sequenced Campaigns
When it comes to creating each experience, select 'Add Content', and then 'Experience Templates'
You can then choose from our template library which one you would like to add to your experience. There is also the option to create a custom template, using HTML, CSS and JS. More information on this can be found here.
Once you have selected the template, you will be taken through to a Editor, where, dependant on the template, you can customise;
Position; where the experience sits on your page
Content; any text, icons, or links within the experience
Size; the size of the experience
Styling; the colour, font, and size of different elements within the experience
Behaviour; any specific behaviour for the experience
Once you have customised your template, click 'Save' and you will be taken back to the set-up page. You can now follow the instructions as per the type of campaign you are building
Dynamic Campaigns
For a dynamic campaign, the first step is to build your Master Template. This will be your default campaign template to define dynamic content rules against.
Click 'Choose Template', and then 'Experience Templates'. From here you can select the Master Template for your campaign and customise, dependant on the template;
Position; where the experience sits on your page
Content; any text, icons, or links within the experience
Size; the size of the experience
Styling; the colour, font, and size of different elements within the experience
Behaviour; any specific behaviour for the experience
Once this is completed, then click 'Save'. You are then able to add your dynamic content variants for each segment within the experience. Follow the instructions for Dynamic Campaigns for more information on this.
