Find out more about our releases in December

03/12/2024

We're excited to announce the launch of our improved Objective Phase Page & Segments today, based on customer feedback.

These updates will make it easier to understand the make-up of visitors for each phase, as well as understand which visitors to target. The release includes;

  • Introduction of 'Core' Segments; There are now 3 core segments for each phase, based on the behavioural state of a visitor - allowing you to understand a high-level make up of the phase

  • Updated & Improved Segments; We've updated some segment conditions, as well as introducing some new segments based on learnings and improvements to our model (from our release last week!). We've also re-named segments to help you better understand the behaviour and context of that segment, based on feedback that although our previous names were catchy - they weren't that intuitive!

    • Note; some new segments will only have users populating since go-live, meaning the user volume will grow over the coming weeks.

  • Updated Segment Content; Alongside the introduction of some new segments, and updates to existing ones, we have updated our 'Segment Experience' content to support you in ideating on how you can target these visitors.

  • Improvements to the UI; We've introduced 'Targeting' for each segment card, so you can easily see at a glance where on your site those visitors are, as well as making some general improvements to the UX of the page. We have also removed 'Segment Performance' based on feedback from our customers on how useful this metric was. We are currently working on making this more relevant to your business, and individual objectives.

Alongside this release we have also made improvements to our Data Health Check page. We have expanded the checks on the right-hand side to make it easier to understand if any data points aren't being collected from your site.
