21/11/2024: New Intent AI Model

Introducing Intent AI: Our latest model, designed to understand your website more intimately than ever.

Our new model takes user journey interpretation to the next level, providing a deeper understanding of your website’s architecture, components, layout, and unique elements. Its knowledge extends to questions like:

  • How engaged is the navigation menu for converters versus non-converters?

  • How many steps does your checkout process have, and how long should they take?

  • Do you have a product finder for visitors to utilise?

  • Plus, thousands of other factors that shape your users' experiences.

Key Updates

  • New Behavioural State Intelligence: We’ve enhanced the user experience model with adaptive assessments of individual journeys. This includes upgrading the identification of users who are Focused, Struggling, or Abandoning. Users are now dynamically tracked where they are in their journey, how they’re progressing through the phases, and—critically—when signs of struggle emerge.

  • Refined Intent Levels (High/Medium/Low): Intent levels are now calibrated based on a user’s current objective phase. Previously, high intent was evaluated against all users, often skewing results toward the end of the journey (e.g., after adding items to the cart). Now, users are compared only to others in the same phase, providing sharper context and enabling earlier identification of intent.

  • Upgraded Expected Progression (xP): User Progression has evolved from tracking buying stage progression to assessing the likelihood of users advancing to the next objective phase. These phases include Engage, Build Intent, Maintain Intent, Convert, and Post-Convert.

06/11/2024: Dashboard Refresh & Non-Comparative View - out of Beta!

We’re thrilled to announce that our product is officially moving out of Beta today, featuring a refreshed, streamlined UI!

This update brings improved design consistency across the platform, making navigation and exploration easier than ever. Here are some of the exciting new features included in this release:

  • Non-comparative view

The platform now defaults to a single-time-period view for your Intent data, giving you a clear, focused look at one timeframe. If you wish to compare dates, simply use the date option and select “Compare Dates.”

  • Date & Filter consistency across the platform
Applied dates and filters in the Intent Performance Score Overview, Phase Overview, and Segment Reporting will now carry over across pages, creating a cohesive experience until your next session. At that point, they will default to the last 30 days.

    Please note;

    • Segment Executions; Any filters applied on the Phase Overview page will not automatically be included in the conditions for new Segment Executions. To include a filter, you need to create a new segment with that filter specifically added.

    • Segment Reporting: Filters don't carry over automatically in Segment Reporting. However, you can apply them in the Segment Breakdown to view the segment volume with the desired filter applied.

  • Segment Volume over different time-frames
Previously, segment volume data in Phase Overview defaulted to the last 30 days. Now, you can select any date range to view segment volume on this page. When comparing date ranges, the percentage change calculation is now based on a percentage difference rather than user volume.

  • Enhanced Segment Reporting
Based on your feedback, we’ve enhanced Segment Reporting in the Segment Breakdown section. You’ll now see the following metrics:

    • Total Volume; The total user volume within each segment breakdown.

    • % Overall Segment; The proportion of each breakdown within the overall segment.

    • % Total User Volume; The proportion of each breakdown relative to the entire site’s user volume.
